Tattoo Removal-New Tattoo

So you had a great weekend, but ended up with a tattoo you may not even remember getting. OK, so maybe that's not exactly what happened, but just how long do you need to wait to perform tattoo removal on a new tattoo?

Well, it is not a good idea to attempt immediate tattoo removal on a new tattoo. On average, it is recommended that you wait about six weeks before attempting any form of removal . Your skin will need time to heal first, then you can consider treatment. If you wish to visit a physician for laser removal, it is best to notify them regarding the age of your tattoo, as they may delay your visit until they can treat your healed skin. Besides, why take risks and chance skin infections when the tattoo removal process is fairly slow anyways.
